We should all follow Riley’s example and Hold Hands Not Grudges. I used the new Riley Red Rubber Basic Stamp Set, Basic Die Set, and Hold Hands.
For the inside I folded copy paper to fit just inside the die. Then I used my MISTI to stamp the images on the cut outs. Riley is almost symmetrical, so he can be stamped on the reverse side of the cutouts.
I paired the Red Rubber Basic Stamp Set, Basic Die Set, Clear Accessories Starter Set and Dies, Clear Winter Accessories and Dies, and Not Grey Hairs. I added glitter strands to Riley’s head for grey glitter hairs. His cane is the ski pole.
Since spring is finally here, I created a colorful Easter card with the Easter Basket stamp. A little secret on my die cut Easter eggs, they are actually a balloon punch with the tied piece cut off. I am always looking for other ways to use my supplies.

It’s Card Bonanza at Riley & Co Blog.
This week I have 2 cards featured along with Design Team members Joy Stagg and Katie Skiff.
I used a shaped die cut on the fold to create the coffee cup shaped card. I sewed lace to the edges of the ribbon. I stamped part of A Poem for Mornings on the top. I used the Cookie Riley (without the cookie).
I stamped the rest of the A Poem for Morning on the inside of the card.
My second card features the Mushroom Lane Polka Dot House 2. The card look flat from the front, but looking at the side father card you can see all the layers. I love making the Mushroom Lane stamps 3D.
Thanks for stopping by. You check out the all the other stamps at Riley & Co.
Today I am sharing a fun card using new stamps and dies from Riley and Co.
I am loving the new Dress Up Riley Stamps and Dies. Here I used the Red Rubber Basic Stamps, Basic Die Set, Clear Accessories Starter Set and the Accessories Starter Die Set. Then I paired it with Funny Bones stamp Craftaholic and Word Bubbles Rectangle Die set.
Riley is almost symmetrical, so I was able to stamp and die cut him twice and glue him together back to back. I chose the top hat because it was also symmetrical. I cut two word bubbles out and stamp half of the sentiment on one, then stamp the rest on the reverse side of the other.
I had fun creating the hidden craft store…
Hope you will stop back tomorrow for more inspiration. But until then you can find more ideas from the Design Team at Riley Blog. My MooseMates have been very busy.

It is Card Bonanza Tuesday on the Riley and Co. blog..
This week I have 2 cards featured along with Design Team members Joy Stagg and Katie Skiff
My first card features the Winter House from the Mushroom Lane stamps. I love coloring all the details in the houses. I usually color multiple images at a time and fussy cut the to create all the layers.
The second card features the You Are A Diamond stamp. Diamonds, sparkle and glitter are always a girl’s favorite things.
Check back next week for Riley and Co.’s January Release Week. There are lots of new things planned. Can’t wait to share them with you!
Design Team 3 (Katie, Joy and myself) is up with their cards this week. Stop by their blogs for some more insripation.
Today I am sharing 2 winter themed cards to go along with the snow we have here in the Midwest. Actually, I have had snow/winter on my brain for almost 2 years. My daughter will be getting married this weekend and the theme is …. you guessed it winter.
The first card uses Snowman and Riley along with some snowflake buttons, and a pom pom.
This one uses Snowball Riley. I created my own slider card for this one… He just looked like he needed to be rolling down the hill.
Check out the action
It’s release week over at Riley & CO. There are 31 new stamps. You can find all the New Releases here. Today I am using the 4 Basic Food Groups (RWD-553) . Don’t forget to enter the code FREESHIP for free domestic shipping until November 21!
I have been loving the new Mushroom Lane Stamps at Riley & Company. Today I am featuring Polkadot House and House 2. I stamped multiple images of each and colored them with colored pencils. For this one I used some mulberry paper for the background and added cotton balls for the clouds. I even used sand for the pathway.
Here you can see some of the layers. The roof has 3 layers and the roots in front are two layers.
Here is the Polkadot House in purple and greens. Again I used multiple layers for the house.
Check out the other Mushroom Lane stamps at Riley and Company.
Look it’s a card. It’s memory book. No, it’s a Accordion Circle Card that stretches out to form a little memory album. I created the card and my daughter helped pick the pictures to go in the card.
Sometimes I pick my colors for my projects backwards. I knew I wanted to use the Basis Navy, so I found this patterned paper from BoBunny. Then I decided to use Basis Light Lime as my accent color.
First, I cut 6 of the Accordion Circle Cards from Elizabeth Craft Designs out of Basis 110# White cardstock. I also cut 16 Circle Frame Edges using Basis Navy cardstock. I used the Accordion Circle Card die to cut 3 circle from Basis Light Lime cardstock.
Next, I covered 2 of the Accordion Circle Cards with the patterned paper. On one of them, I also cut off the tab. This will be the back cover.
Then, I glued the cards together with the tabs all facing to the right. (2 are shown) While the cards were still flat, I glued the Frame Edges around the circles, and added the accent circles and pictures.
Using my Sizzix eClips2, I cut the letters from Basis Light Lime and shadow layers from Silver Glitter and Cougar Super Smooth White for the front of the card. I also cut letters for the last circle in the card from Basis Light Lime. These letters were less than 1/2″ tall.
The last step was to fold the pages like an accordion and connect the small tabs on the circles.
She added some little notes on the back of the circles for her dad. He loved the card.
Need a quick hostess gift, last minute birthday gift, or even a just because gift. These quilt cards are easy to make in sets.
I used A Jillian Vance Designs Quilt Dies and stamps. A Jillian Vance Designs is our featured trunk show at Cafe Crop in Merrillville, Indiana.
I used 5 colors of Pop-Tones Cardstock (which are on sale this month at CutCardStock.com) that worked together for the cards. I used Cougar Super Smooth Cardstock for my card bases and the embossed layer.
I started by cutting two 3 1/2″ squares of each color. Then I die cut each one using the Love Blooms Quilt Block Die from A Jillian Vance Designs. I cut 4 labels of each color from the Stitch Sentiment Trio Die Set. I also cut 3 1/4″ squares of the Cougar Super Smooth Cardstock.
I spent a few minutes arranging the pieces so that each “block” had all the colors. When I had them just the way I wanted them I glued the pieces in.
I used an embossing folder on a 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Cougar Super Smooth Cardstock to add in some texture. I stamped a variety of sentiments (from A Jillian Vance Designs) on the stitched tags. Now I am ready to assemble the cards.
I attached the embossed paper to the card base with a tape runner. I used foam tape to attach the quilt block to the front of the card. On one card I attached the stamped sentiment with foam tape.
I am going to create a set of cards that the recipient can choose which sentiment to attach. I will include a variety of sentiments and pieces of foam tape. These would even make great prizes for a wedding shower. I will be making more of these to put up.
