Riley and Co. Release Week Day 4

Okay so I can’t count (and I am a little behind). It is Day 4 of Release Week over at Riley and Co. You can check out the hard work from the Design Team here.  The team has been very busy.

Here I created a shaker card featuring the Happy Pumpkin Spice Day! (As I am writing I am enjoying my own pumpkin spice coffee. Happy me!)
This card was fun to create. I used the Nesting Ovals with pierced dots to create the pumpkin, Karen Burniston’s Tree Pop Up Die Set for the pop up feature (I used it twice) and the stem (the tree trunk) and Nature’s Edges Die Set for the grass. I used my MISTI to divide the sentiment Advice from a Pumpkin between the front of the card and inside.

Riley and Co. Card Bonanza

I don’t know where July went, and can’t believe it is already August. I totally forgot to post my cards for July. So let’s just rewind a bit.

Of course I have another Mushroom Lane House, today is the Library. The colors were influenced by a recent visit to the local children’s library.

My next card features Riley Dress Up Stamp and Die, the barbell and shorts come from the Sports Accessories Clear Stamp and Die, the sentiment is Abs are Great and two of the new Karen Burniston dies Cup Cake Pop-Up Die Set and the Tree Pop-Up Die Set. (I used the Pop-Up feature for the tree to make Riley pop up.)

Riley and Co. Card Bonanza for June 2017

It is a card bonanza over at Riley and Co. I have loved using the summer time images of Riley. Here I used the Dress Up Riley Stamps and Basic Die Set, the Riley Sports Clear Stamps and Sport Die Set, the waves from the Summer Fun Die Set, the Nesting Ovals with dots and Moose Sayings 1.

This card with BBQ Riley makes a great guy card. It can easily be changed to a Father’s Day card.

For the front of the card I used Dress Up Riley Stamps and Basic Die Set, the Summer Fun Accessories Clear Stamps and Summer Fun Accessories Dies, and Plant a Seed of Kindness. When you plant a seed of kindness it is fun to see what happens. The inside of the cards is a surprise.

This is one of the new dies designed by Karen Burniston in cahoots with Riley. I have loved woking with Karen’s new dies. This is the Flower Pot Pop-Up Die Set. On the front and inside I also used the Nature’s Edges Die Set, and the label from the Katherine Label Pop-Up Die Set.

Check out the Riley Blog for inspiration from the Design Team.

Stay tuned for more inspiration.

Karen Burniston is in Cahoots with Riley and Co.

Did you hear the new? Karen Burniston in cahoots with Riley & Co. have created a new company, KB Riley LLC. This is where you will find all of Karen’s new Pop Up Dies and Accessories.  Check out the website HERE and the Facebook page HERE. You can pre-order dies through June 1st (orders will start shipping June 1). You won’t miss out on these.

I have always loved creating with Karen’s dies and was so excited to get to play with the new dies.  I stared with the Flower Pot Pop-Up Die Set, Nature’s Edges Die Set, Katherine Label Pop-Up Die Set, and Word Set 1: Greetings Die Set. I use the edges to create the fancy border. For the flowers I used 2 of the big flower to create zinnias. Love how the came out.

Now for the inside…..

Who wouldn’t want to receive a card like this? It just make you want to smile.

Have a great day! I am off to make another card or two.
