I was inspired by Tim’s layered background technique for this month’s tag.  My first layer was Melange Tissue Wrap.

Then I chose to cut out butterflies the second tag using the decorative strip die Butterfly Frenzy.  I saved the butterfly cutouts  to use as an additional layer.Then I used Distress Ink in some the new colors.  They were a little too bright so I added a light coat of white gesso.

Next I stamped and inked the butterfly cutouts.  I colored the bodies brown.  I attached the butterflies just at their bodies.

Last I added chit chat words and the word beautiful
