Lisa’s Look at Tim’s Tag for June 2015

This month I chose to turn my tag into an anniversary card for my husband. We celebrated our 26th anniversary on the 17th.

So Happy Anniversary Honey!

Here is the first tag. The Twisted Citron is barely visible.

Here is the tag turned into a card.

I used the birds because I think they are so cute and fun to color.

I started with a DIY ink pad with Picked Raspberry, Twisted Citron and Mermaid Lagoon following Tim’s directions. I had some difficulty when creating the pad because the Picked Raspberry and Mermaid Lagoon mixed with the Twisted Citron. I compared my Twisted Citron refill to other refills I had at home. It seemed to be much thinner than the others. I did a video comparison with 2 refills. I will post this video as soon as my tech support becomes available.

I have contacted Ranger and sent them the video. They are sending a replacement refill and DIY ink pad. I am still waiting on them. I will let you know the outcome next month.

Thank you. I love the birds too. They can be used for so many things. The card was for my husband for our anniversary. He loved it and saves them all.
