This project was inspired by the Heartfelt Creations Patchwork Pocket and Patterns Stamp and Dies. I saw the pocket and just had to use the blue jean pockets I had been saving. I also saved some of the seams on from the back of the jeans which I used to make the hanger for the pocket.
The flowers and leaves I stamped on Pop-Tone Cardstock in various colors, after die cutting then I highlighted the edges with coordinating inks. The leaves I shaped with the 3D Leafy Accents Shaping Mold, the flowers I hand shaped with my Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Then I layered set flowers topped of with a button and some twine.
I arranged the flower and leaves on the pocket and added a few strands of pearls. Then finished it off with a floating butterfly, a sentiment charm, and bow made of twine. It’s ready for a gift card, some chocolates or little gift.
This is a 6″ x 6″ card with a white cardstock base. I added a card front cut from the Buttons and Blooms Paper Collection. I repeated the process for creating the flowers and leaves. This time I added a bit of glitter to the flowers before attaching them to the card. Completing the card with a Happy Birthday sentiment.
This is a standard A2 card. I used part of a 6″ x 6″ patterned paper from the Buttons and Blooms Paper Collection for the background. Next I stamped and die cut a few hexagons from the Patchwork Pocket and Patterns Stamp Set and attached them with varying thicknesses of pop-dots. Then it was time for the leaves, flowers, and butterflies with a little bit of glitter.
