Riley and Co. Release Week Day 4

Okay so I can’t count (and I am a little behind). It is Day 4 of Release Week over at Riley and Co. You can check out the hard work from the Design Team here.  The team has been very busy.

Here I created a shaker card featuring the Happy Pumpkin Spice Day! (As I am writing I am enjoying my own pumpkin spice coffee. Happy me!)
This card was fun to create. I used the Nesting Ovals with pierced dots to create the pumpkin, Karen Burniston’s Tree Pop Up Die Set for the pop up feature (I used it twice) and the stem (the tree trunk) and Nature’s Edges Die Set for the grass. I used my MISTI to divide the sentiment Advice from a Pumpkin between the front of the card and inside.

Riley and Co.’s Card Bonanza for August is Here!

I love working with the Dress Up Riley Stamps and Dies.

Here I started with the Red Rubber Basic Stamps and Dies. I added the ice skating dress from the Winter Accessories and topped it off the with the skirt from the Summer Fun Accessories. For fun I layered the pinwheel with a small brad so that it will move and added a popsicle. All of this is layered on the Nesting Ovals with pierced dots.

Next up is Balloons Riley floating on by to say Happy Birthday.

And of course, I have to include one of the Mushroom Lane.

This is the House with Shed. I never get tired of coloring these.

Good thing next week is release week at Riley and Co. I will need some new houses to color. Check back Monday August 21 for all the goodies.

Today though check out the Riley and Co. blog for inspiration from the rest of the Design Team.

Prickely Pear is All a Flutter

Things are all a flutter with Butterflies over at the Prickley Pear Blog today. The team has worked on a variety of cards using butterflies and a few dragonflies.
I used the Dainty Dragonflies Clear Stamps and Die and Butterflies 2 and Die. I stamped at the images on both paper and a piece of plastic film. I colored them with my Copic markers. I stapled the plastic to the cardstock and covered the staple with Stickles.

I used the Mini Butterfly Clear Stamp Set and Mini Butterfly Die The flowers were stamped on prints made with my Gelli Arts Gel Plate and the butterflies were die cut from papers created with ColorBursts.

Check out the Prickley Pear Blog for additional cards from the rest of the Design Team.

Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps Inspriation Aug 2017

You never really want to need sympathy cards, but it is part of the circle of life. To create this card I used the Tree 2 Die and the Memory Becomes a Treasure stamp. I used the negative space left from die cutting the trees to ink the trees in the background. Using my MISTI,  I was able to split the sentiment between the front of the card and inside.

Check out the Prickley Pear Blog for more inspiration from the design team.
